First Impression Specialist

General Summary: The First Impression Specialistis responsible forgreeting andassistinglobby guests,maintainingthe front desk area, processing payments,assistingSales & Customer Specialistwith calls, and documenting customer interactions. Essential Job Functions: Greet and care for all lobby guests. Keeping the front desk area/lobby organized and clean. Sweep lobby on cleaning crews off days if needed. Open and closeregister. Process all incoming payments (in person and phone), including transfer calls fromSales & Support Specialistand/or billing. AssistSales & Support Specialistwith incoming calls. Responsible for completingiVUEalerts. Properly document all customer interactions andactivityin Contact Tracking. Maintainaccuraterecords of customer interactions and transactions in Salesforce/Checkpoint. Understand relevant questions needed to open trouble tickets. Assistswith overflow calls fromSales& Customer Support Department. Assistscustomers that come in the lobby who want to sign up for new service(s) by taking down all their pertain information and passing that to the Sales & Support Specialist to create a service order. Tier 1 for Podium communications. Care forinfoaccount. Process equipment returns. Keep track of lobby and printer supplies. Stock and order as needed. Print out agreements and handouts as needed. Utilize Team's chat group for information. Participate in Mid Century events every year. Be resourceful and have a strong understanding of Mid-Century processes. Have a clear understanding of how toeducate ononline billing. Have a clear understanding of how to educate on the Mid-Century Fiber app. Demonstrates dependability through good attendance and adherence to timeliness and schedules. Occasionally required to carry or lift objects up to a minimum of 35 lbs. Required to hold a valid driver's license. During a normal workshiftan employee consistentlyoperatesa computer,mouseand other office equipment. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent plus one to two years related experience.
