Working alongside experienced service technicians, you'll assist with troubleshooting equipment, identifying potential repair needs, and learning proper diagnostic procedures while building your technical skills.You'll inspect furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, thermostats, and other residential comfort systems, complete maintenance checklists, replace common maintenance components, maintain accurate service documentation, and ensure customers receive professional, courteous service during every visit. Throughout your training, you'll continue developing your diagnostic abilities while learning company procedures, safety standards, and best practices that prepare you for advancement into a full-time service technician role.What We're Looking ForWe're seeking motivated individuals who are ready to build a career in the HVAC industry. Previous residential service experience is not required. Candidates with HVAC trade school education, apprenticeship experience, facilities maintenance, construction, mechanical repair, building maintenance, or other skilled trade backgrounds are encouraged to apply.Successful candidates are mechanically inclined, dependable, eager to learn, and comfortable working directly with homeowners. Basic knowledge of heating and cooling systems, hand and power tools, and mechanical troubleshooting is beneficial.
