What You’ll Do Lead healthcare architecture projects from concept through construction. Build and strengthen long-term client relationships based on trust and collaboration. Mentor and support a talented team of architects and designers across multiple offices. Guide project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure design excellence. Represent the firm in client and stakeholder meetings. Help grow our healthcare portfolio in the region. Ensure compliance with healthcare codes and coordinate with regulatory agencies. What We’re Looking For Licensed Architect (NAAB-accredited degree) with 9+ years of experience , including 5+ in healthcare design . Licensed or eligible for licensure in Indiana. Track record of leading projects, managing teams, and cultivating client relationships. Strong communicator, highly organized, and collaborative by nature. Proficiency in Revit/AutoCAD a plus; Microsoft Office/Adobe required. Passion for healthcare design and an interest in sustainability (LEED or WELL AP preferred).
