Each day brings new challenges and opportunities—from full system installs to routine service calls—all while working alongside a team that values quality and professionalism. Perform HVAC installs and service calls Diagnose, repair, and replace components in heating and cooling systems Handle both routine maintenance and complex troubleshooting Work with gas lines, electrical components, and refrigerant systems Follow safety protocols (OSHA 10 certified work environment) Keep company tools and vehicles in top shape Collaborate with your crew—teamwork is how we win Hiring Expectations: Apply today, complete a quick phone screening, and get ready for an interview with our team to discuss your goals and experience. 1–2 years of HVAC experience (residential or commercial) High school diploma or equivalent Valid EPA Certification OSHA 10 Certification Gas Fitting License Apprentice License (state of NH) Comfortable working in residential, commercial, and construction environments Must pass a background check and drug screening Strong team player with a reliable work ethic Willing to operate company vehicle and maintain provided tools Hometown Heating & Air is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
