En esta función, apoyará al departamento de contabilidad analizando información financiera, manteniendo registros precisos de los pagos entrantes y salientes, preparando la nómina y otras tareas contables esenciales. El candidato ideal es altamente organizado con fuertes habilidades matemáticas y experiencia previa en teneduría de libros o contabilidad. Responsabilidades Comunicarse con vendedores y proveedores para garantizar la precisión de los cargos y pagos Mantener un conocimiento actualizado de las tendencias y desarrollos de la industria Introducir datos financieros y transacciones Analizar presupuestos y otra información financiera Conciliar extractos bancarios Preparar informes y estados financieros Verificar la exactitud de las transacciones que se han introducido Procesar cuentas por pagar y cuentas por cobrar Crear políticas contables para cumplir con todas las reglas y regulaciones Calificaciones Licenciatura en contabilidad o un campo relacionado Experiencia previa como contador, tenedor de libros o posición similar Conocimiento de los principios de contabilidad generalmente aceptados (PCGA) Bueno con hojas de cálculo, experiencia en Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks y sistemas básicos de contabilidad Fuertes habilidades matemáticas y analíticas Excelente atención al detalle, gestión del tiempo y habilidades de comunicación #J-18808-Ljbffr Little Black Pearl
