Job Description
Title: Nursing - Patient Care

Schedule:
- Shift: Days
- Hours: 12 hours per shift, 48 hours per week

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 8 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 48 per week

Requirements:
- Current nursing license
- Relevant certifications based on specialty
- Proven experience in clinical settings

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards and nursing processes.
- Supervise and direct nursing staff and coordinate patient care with other disciplines.
- Utilize critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment in patient care activities.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and practices in nursing care delivery.

- Adherence to facility protocols and guidelines is required.
- Background checks and drug screens may be necessary as part of the onboarding process.
