Sterile Processing Technician Glenwood Springs, CO Specialty: OR Position Type: Travel Contract Length: 13 weeks Pay: $1338 - $1612 | Shift: 5x8 Days Housing accommodations available through client Are you a meticulous Sterile Processing Technician looking for your next rewarding opportunity? As a Sterile Processing Technician, you will be an essential part of the surgical team, ensuring that all instruments and equipment are properly cleaned, sterilized, and ready for use. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help maintain the smooth operation of the surgical department.
- Clean, wrap, sterilize, and maintain inventory of instruments and equipment for surgery and additional departments
- Work primarily in the Main OR, Monday through Friday
- Ensure all sterile supplies are available and in good condition
- Adhere to all safety and sterilization protocols
- Need 3 years of experience in sterile processing
- Certified as a CSPDT (Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician) or CRCST (Certified Registered Central Service Technician) required
- Current Flu Vaccine Required - No exemptions
