We provide top‑quality heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) services for both homes and businesses. If you want steady work, great pay, and a company that values your skills Your Mission & Key Responsibilities As an HVAC Service Technician with Air Systems, you’ll be out in the field every day, keeping our customers comfortable and safe. You’ll: Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems (furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, etc.) Perform preventative maintenance and system tune‑ups Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues Communicate clearly with customers about repairs and service recommendations Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used Work as part of a team to get the job done right and on time Participate in an on‑call rotation for emergency HVAC service What Sets You Apart Experience: 5+ years as an HVAC Service Technician, with strong skills in HVAC troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance Certifications: EPA Section 608 and other relevant HVAC certifications are a plus Customer Service: You’re friendly, professional, and take pride in making customers happy Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and willing to go the extra mile Team Player: You work well with others and help out when needed Physical Ability: Able to lift up to 50 lbs, work in tight spaces, and handle the demands of the job About SRM SRM Concrete is a respected leader in the construction industry, known for quality and service.
