The Role The Delivery Driver is responsible for safely and efficiently delivering fresh floral products to customers throughout Southern New Jersey, Southeastern Pennsylvania, and Delaware. This role supports customer satisfaction, maintains product quality during transport, and ensures timely deliveries that help our customers succeed. Responsibilities Safely operate refrigerated box trucks to complete scheduled delivery routes Ensure timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining product quality and freshness Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with customers during deliveries Load, unload, and transport floral products in a safe and efficient manner Maintain vehicle cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness Utilize warehouse equipment and handheld technology to support delivery and inventory processes Follow company safety standards, DOT regulations, and delivery procedures Partner with warehouse and distribution teams to support daily operational goals Work Environment & Physical Requirements This role operates in warehouse, cooler, and delivery environments, including refrigerated areas maintained at approximately 34°F. Team members regularly work with pallet jacks, RF scanners, box cutters, and refrigerated delivery vehicles. This position requires the ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, climb in and out of delivery trucks, and lift or move up to 60 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation. The role also requires extended driving and frequent loading and unloading activities throughout the workday.
