Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)

Job Description Job Description Bellevue Family Practice is a thriving Family Practice Clinic dedicated to providing compassionate, comprehensive care to patients of all ages. We are looking for a Certified Medical Assistant with at least one year of experience in a family medical clinic to support our clinical and administrative operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, empathetic and thrives in a fast-paced setting.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting providers during patient exam and minor procedures
Perform Clinical tasks, including vitals, administering injections and conducting EKGs
Manage patient records, schedule appointments, providing patient education and providing a positive experience for diverse patient population
Maintain a clean, safe and compliant clinical environment per HIPPA and OSHA standards
Handle administrative tasks such as billing, insurance forms and inventory management
Answer multi-line phones and either direct the caller to the appropriate party or handle the callers needs yourself
Schedule appointments for new and recurring patients
Communicate with providers and relay messages to patients based off the providers notes
