Job Duties Operate and support paper slitting and packaging machines according to established procedures and training. Provide coverage for paper slitting operators during breaks, absences, and schedule gaps. Supply raw materials to machines and remove finished products for packaging and staging. Assist with machine changeovers and basic preventive maintenance tasks. Perform data entry and maintain required production and quality documentation. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including managing supplies and materials. Cross-train on multiple machines and support production needs as assigned. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations. Education Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in a technical field preferred. Experience Requirements Previous manufacturing or production line experience required. Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts in a production environment. Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
