Business Analyst/Healthcare
We are seeking a Healthcare BA with product management background. The following skillset is required:
7+ years in business analysis, requirements analysis, requirements management, program management, product management and SDLC
Must have experience as well with EMR/EHR
5+ years Agile experience working with development teams in Sprints is required
7+ years experience translating to high level Business requirements to actionable stories (including technical)
7+ years experience creating detailed requirements, use cases, test cases and meaningful stories
7+ years negotiating and working closely with stakeholders and the QA teams
Workflow and usability study experience is a plus. Lean and/or Six Sigma training desired.
Bachelor's degree - area of study in Business Administration, Marketing, healthcare, or related discipline
