Production Planning Coordinator (Entry Level)

The Role
You'll look at orders and inventory, work out what's needed, and assign jobs across the print farm so orders ship on time and printers don't sit idle. We'll train you on our planning process. We need someone organized, good with numbers, and comfortable in a spreadsheet.

What You'll Do

• Review incoming orders and inventory levels to determine what needs to be printed
• Calculate quantities and assign print jobs across machines
• Build and update the daily and weekly print plan
• Track job progress and adjust the plan when priorities change or machines go down
• Communicate with production staff so everyone knows what's running and what's next
• Flag shortages, delays, and bottlenecks early

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets (basic formulas, sorting, filtering)
• Good with numbers and attention to detail
• Organized and able to juggle changing priorities
• Clear communicator
• Reliable, with consistent attendance
• 3D printing, manufacturing, warehouse, or inventory experience is a plus but not required
