AGC Auto Glass & Car Care is looking for ambitious, motivated individuals who want to learn how a business operates and develop the skills to take on greater responsibility over time.

Our Entry-Level Management Trainee position is designed for people who want to grow in sales, marketing, customer service, business operations, and leadership.

No previous management or automotive experience is required. Paid training and hands-on learning are provided.

You'll start by learning the fundamentals of our business, working with customers, understanding our services, and supporting daily operations. As you gain experience and demonstrate your abilities, you may have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities.

Compensation:

$48,400 – $56,600 per year

Responsibilities: What You'll Learn and Do

• Develop foundational sales and customer service skills.

• Learn how to communicate the value of AGC's automotive services.

• Assist with customer outreach, relationship building, and local marketing initiatives.

• Help coordinate appointments, customer follow-up, and daily business activities.

• Learn how to track goals, organize information, and support business performance.

• Work alongside experienced team members to understand operational processes.

• Develop problem-solving, teamwork, and professional communication skills.

• Take on additional duties and leadership responsibilities as your skills grow.
