Security Officer Armed Patrol Clearance Required Fort Worth, TX – As a Part‑Time Security Officer, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense. In this armed post, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security‑related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Military & Veterans Strongly Encouraged to Apply Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $27.32 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime Fri 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM; Sun 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, restricted areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, potential hazards, and other security‑related concerns. Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or authorizations, and help support compliance with post orders for controlled areas and sensitive operations. Carry authorized armed post equipment in accordance with Allied Universal policies and site requirements, maintaining professional conduct and readiness to respond to security‑related situations. Minimum Requirements Have at least 2 years of security‑related experience. Have at least 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security‑related experience or possess a college degree. Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance. Be at least 21 years of age. Possess a Level III Armed Certification for Texas only. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry‑specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
