Our Recreation Assistants are responsible for operating our daily indoor and outdoor Recreational services, including, seasonal events, fitness classes, athletic games, art groups, karaoke, trivia night, and more! Recreation Assistants We are looking for people that want to work at ATLAS HEALTHCARE ; that can also meet our standards of guest service, cleanliness, and professionalism. If you’re looking to take it easy, this isn’t the job for you, but if you’re looking to improve your personal/professional skill sets and work for a great company All Applicants MUST Have great guest service and communication skills and a positive, outgoing personality Be willing to learn the art of therapeutic recreation in a senior community and be motivated to meet healthcare standards Strong communication and organizational skills with ability to speak in large groups Knowledge and interest in sports and activity rules and regulations Be honest, reliable, responsible individuals with a strong work ethic Be available weekdays and weekends between the hours of 9AM & 5PM – This includes ALL holidays. If you can’t work holidays, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY.
