Join us for a 13-week travel contract in Huntington, Indiana, where you'll work as a skilled labor and delivery nurse during 12-hour night shifts. This role offers a chance to apply your expertise in a dedicated obstetrics setting, caring for mothers and newborns through labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum phases. You'll utilize electronic fetal monitoring and other advanced equipment, providing essential support in a smaller, intimate unit with six LDRP beds. The position emphasizes teamwork, where two nurses are always on-site, ensuring a collaborative environment without the need to work alone or float to other departments. A comprehensive jump-start orientation is included, designed to get you comfortable and confident in this setting, with required attendance for all seven days of training. The weekly gross pay is approximately $2,364, with a flexible schedule geared toward experienced professionals who thrive in a focused, high-touch environment.
