Seasonal Front-End Leader: Wow Customers & Grow Sales

Five Below

Five Below is seeking a Support Lead to assist the Store Manager in directing front-end operations and sales associates. You’ll act as manager on duty, deliver customer wow moments, and drive sales while maintaining a safe, clean store environment.

Responsibilities include training staff, managing cash and checkout, and ensuring payroll stays within budget. The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and adherence to Five Below SOPs.
