Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and project management, with a focus on driving business growth and efficiency. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company. Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth analysis of company operations, processes, and performance to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support decision-making and strategic planning Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations to drive business growth Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business growth Prepare and present comprehensive reports and presentations to senior management and stakeholders Stay updated on industry trends and developments to identify potential risks and opportunities for the company Provide support in project management and assist in the development of project plans and timelines Qualifications: High school diploma,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field 2+ years of experience in business analysis or related role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with financial modeling and data analysis tools Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines Experience in the construction industry is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Bausch-White Masonry, LLC
