Duties:
Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair Apple hardware and software. Replace and/or upgrade internal hardware components for Apple laptops, desktops and iPhones. Install operating systems and software. Maintain accurate and detailed data entry and record keeping in customer database.Deliver on Apple Service Metrics (PSP, CSAT,ACSE)
Skill and Requirements:
Experience in Apple computer and iPhone repair. Proficiency in Apple OS and configuration. Ability to lift and move 50lbs. Applicants with previous employment by Apple will be considered first. Certified or the ability to quickly certify in ACMT, ACIT, Mac Integration and Certified Support Professional.
