Tier 1 – Beginner: $16.50–$17.00/hour
Tier 2 – Intermediate: $17.50–$18.00/hour
Tier 3 – Expert: $18.50–$19.50/hour
Tier 4 – Skilled/Lead: $18.50–$22.50/hour

Production or manufacturing experience is helpful, but a strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn matter to us.

What You'll Do

Depending on your assigned production area and level of training, responsibilities may include:

• Disassembling window and door units in preparation for production
• Lifting and staging units on production carts
• Labeling components with required identification numbers and colors
• Moving production carts between work cells
• Cleaning, preparing, and masking window and door frames and components for painting
• Inspecting surfaces and removing silicone or other material using approved tools
• Using compressed air to remove particles from prepared surfaces
• Identifying and reporting defects to the Floor Lead
• Removing masking materials after painted units have passed quality inspection
• Cleaning paint or adhesive from glass
• Reinstalling seals, screens, weep-hole covers, and other components as required
• Reassembling window and door units
• Packaging finished units according to customer requirements
• Scanning and applying labels when required
• Staging completed units for shipping
• Applying banding or strapping as required

All team members are expected to follow safety procedures, maintain a clean and organized work area, meet established production expectations, and perform other related duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

Employees regularly stand and walk for extended periods and use their hands and arms for handling, reaching, and production tasks. The position may also require stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing, or balancing.

Employees must be able to regularly lift and/or move materials weighing up to 100 pounds , with assistance or material-handling equipment when appropriate.

The position also requires depth perception, the ability to adjust focus, and the ability to distinguish colors.

Work Environment

This position is performed in an active manufacturing environment. Employees may work around moving mechanical equipment, paints, coatings, solvents, and other chemicals used in the production process. Appropriate training and required personal protective equipment are provided.

The work environment may be loud, and employees may occasionally encounter wet or humid indoor conditions.
