Remote Senior HV Substation Design Lead

Qualus is seeking a Lead Substation Physical Design Engineer to lead the design of high-voltage substations, mentor junior engineers, and ensure safety and reliability across projects. The role may be performed remotely from within the United States with preferred hybrid arrangements near listed offices. Strong collaboration with clients and cross-functional teams is essential from concept through construction, with emphasis on QA/QC and design excellence.
