Order Selector / Warehouse Associate

We’re hiring dependable Order Selectors / Warehouse Associates to join a fast-paced distribution team. This is a great opportunity for someone with order picking experience who is comfortable working toward daily productivity and accuracy goals.

What You’ll Do

• Pick and pull customer orders using an RF scanner

• Verify product codes, quantities, and order accuracy

• Organize, palletize, and prepare orders for shipment

• Operate Cherry Pickers, Stand-Up Forklifts, and other warehouse equipment as trained/certified

• Load and unload products as needed

• Inspect products for damage or quality concerns

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Meet daily productivity and accuracy expectations

• Follow all warehouse and equipment safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Previous warehouse, order picking, or order selector experience preferred

• RF scanner experience preferred

• Cherry Picker and/or Stand-Up Forklift experience is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and order accuracy

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Dependable with a strong work ethic

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Safety-focused and comfortable working toward productivity goals
