Objective Drive the efficient operations of the business. Work with Field Team, Sales Team, and Owner to develop and execute efficient Technical, Sales, and Business Operations systems. Primary Responsibilities Business Operations Inventory Management Purchasing Supplies & Materials (Amazon, Home Depot, SE Orders, etc) Invoice Preparation & Submission (Contacts, Work Description, Before/After Photos) Accounts Receivable Support Customer Contact Information Database Management (Vonigo & Quo) Repair Photo Database Management (CompanyCam) Large Project & Warranty Partner Support (ABG, Kohler, New Construction, etc) Business Compliance Management Vehicle Info & Maintenance Management Assist in Develop & Document SOPs Scheduling Collaborate with Sales, Techs, & SC to manage and optimize Repair Technicians schedules Communicate with customers to plan and confirm repair date/time Weekly Schedule Development & Distribution Business Development (Account Management Support) Assist w/ Creating & Sending Quotes Customer Follow-up & Misc Communication Occasional Outside Sales (Scheduled Walk-thrus & Meetings) Identify, implement, and document solutions to improve business methods and processes Prioritize customer relationships and customer service Required Qualifications Goal-oriented, self-starter, and energetic Licensed to operate a passenger car and have a clean driving record Professional, caring, and service-minded Readiness to become a meaningful part of a strong team and growing business Preferred Skills Tech-Fluent - Comfortable with QuickBooks, CRM Tools, Mobile Apps (CompanyCam, Quo, etc), Microsoft Office Local & Reliable - Live within commuting distance to Office, and want a role that respects your need for flexible schedule while offering professional responsibility.
