Senior Sales Compensation Design Partner

Role: Senior Sales Incentive Compensation Design Partner responsible for designing and modeling global sales incentive programs aligned with business strategy. Responsibilities lead the development of incentive structures including eligibility, pay mix, performance measures, thresholds, and payout mechanics; advise senior leaders on tradeoffs and implications; conduct complex financial and behavioral modeling, sensitivity analysis, and impact assessments; provide strategic guidance during planning cycles, evaluate plan effectiveness, and establish global standards and governance; lead responses to market changes and organizational shifts. Requirements Bachelor's in HR, Finance, Business, or related; 10+ years in incentive compensation, with extensive experience in sales incentives for large, complex organizations; expertise in incentive design principles, financial modeling, and stakeholder influence; advanced analytical skills, especially in Excel. Preferred experience with global incentive programs across multiple regions, familiarity with Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) systems, relevant certifications. High-Value experience supporting 2,000+ incentive-eligible participants; biopharma or similarly complex industry experience preferred.
