About the Position

We are on the lookout for a dedicated and innovative Sonography / Ultrasound Imaging Specialist to enhance our dynamic imaging team. You will conduct a variety of ultrasound examinations-including but not limited to abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, and vascular studies. You will play a vital role in ensuring patient comfort while providing critical diagnostic information that can help change lives.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Conducting diverse ultrasound examinations to meet the needs of patients and physicians
• Providing compassionate, clear explanations to ensure patient comfort throughout the procedure
• Working alongside radiologists and healthcare professionals to deliver outstanding diagnostic results
• Managing and upkeeping ultrasound equipment, promptly addressing any technical issues
• Documenting procedures and maintaining accurate patient records in the electronic medical system
• Remaining knowledgeable on the latest advancements in ultrasound technology and practices

Educational Qualifications

• An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related discipline
• Successful completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is preferred

Certification Requirements

• Active certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or related credentials
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is a plus
