Request ID:103571-1 Title: Java Full Stack developer Location: Onsite: Cincinnati OH Duration: 6+ Months Salary Range: $50- $53 an hour on W2 Skills: Spring Boot, Core Java, Microservices & SQL Experience Required: 8-10 Role Descriptions: Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and React.js, ensuring high performance, reliability, and maintainability. Architect and implement cloud-native and hybrid-cloud solutions on AWS and/or Azure, leveraging platform services to build secure, resilient, and highly available applications. Develop RESTful APIs and microservices following domain-driven design, object-oriented design principles, and industry-standard design patterns. Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Design and develop responsive, user-friendly web applications using React.js, modern JavaScript frameworks, HTML5, CSS3, and related front-end technologies. Build and optimize data access layers using relational and NoSQL databases, ensuring efficient query performance, scalability, and data integrity. Implement caching strategies using technologies such as Redis, Hazelcast, or in-memory caching frameworks to improve application performance and reduce latency. Apply software engineering best practices including SOLID principles, code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and secure coding standards. Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms to automate build, testing, and deployment processes. Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, performance, scalability, and production support issues across distributed environments. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, design discussions, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure application security, compliance, authentication, authorization, and data protection standards are followed throughout the software development lifecycle. Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on architecture, coding standards, and development best practices. Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to application modernization, performance optimization, observability, and cloud adoption. Coordinate effectively with geographically distributed teams and stakeholders across multiple organizational units to ensure successful project delivery."

• 10 years of experience in the Java tech stack
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices
• 10+ years of proven experience building sophisticated applications and APIs in Cloud and hybrid cloud environments at large scale
• Experience with AWS /Azure
• 5+ years of experience developing applications utilizing relational databases and/or no SQL databases as part of the overall application architecture
• 5+ years of experience in implementing caching techniques for a web application
• Ability to work successfully with multi-functional teams, principals, and architects
• Coordinates optimally across organizational boundaries and geographies
• 5+ years of experience with front-end frameworks like React.js
• 5+ years of strong background in object-oriented design principles and design patterns
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment."
