Our compassionate caregivers provide personal care, companionship, and specialized support for seniors with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and chronic conditions.If you’re looking for a flexible caregiving job with a supportive team and meaningful work, we’d love to have you join us!Caregiver ResponsibilitiesAssist with activities of daily living (ADLs): ambulation, toileting, dressingProvide personal care support: showers, bathing, bedpans, commodes, incontinence careHelp with transfers (Hoyer lift, gait belt)Perform light housekeeping: laundry, dishes, dusting, organizing, trash removalProvide companionship and conversationDrive clients to appointments, errands, and community outings (when needed)QualificationsCertified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred, not required1+ year of dementia care or professional caregiving experience requiredMust pass a background check and drug screeningSmartphone & internet access for mobile scheduling and clock-in/outDriver’s license and reliable vehicle (willing to drive to Castle Rock / Longview)Comfortable working in homes where clients may be smokersBenefits & PerksCompetitive pay: $19–$22/hour (based on experience and certification)Flexible schedules – part-time shifts availablePaid training & continuing educationHoliday pay : 1.5x payBi-weekly pay with direct depositReferral bonuses & caregiver recognition programsPaid sick time and PTOService AreasWe’re hiring caregivers in Vancouver, Portland, Camas, Battle Ground, Beaverton, Gresham, Tigard, Hillsboro, Sandy, Troutdale, and nearby areas.Apply today and start making a difference!
