Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) 3rd ShiftAs a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on the 3rd shift, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our residents throughout the night. You will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, ensuring the safety and comfort of our residents, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment in our healthcare facility.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:Assisting residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.Monitoring and documenting residents' vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing staff.Providing companionship and emotional support to residents, fostering a positive living environment.Helping residents with mobility, including transfers, ambulation, and using assistive devices.Maintaining cleanliness and organization in resident rooms and common areas.Participating in team meetings and contributing to the care planning process.Responding to resident calls and inquiries promptly and politely.Following facility policies and procedures while adapting to any changes in resident care plans.
