Patient Care & Wellness Coordinator

Keith G. Ryan Chiropractic is looking for an exceptional person to join our established Tulsa chiropractic and wellness practice.

This is not simply a receptionist or traditional chiropractic assistant position.

Our office provides chiropractic care along with non-surgical spinal decompression, low-level laser therapy and InvisaRED® weight-loss and body-contouring programs. We are looking for someone who can become an important part of the entire patient experience — from the first phone call through treatment, follow-up and helping patients understand the services available to them.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Personality matters.

We want someone who is friendly, confident, energetic and genuinely enjoys working with people. You should be comfortable meeting new patients, explaining services and helping people feel comfortable and confident about moving forward with care.

You should also be organized, dependable, comfortable with computers and able to learn new software quickly.

The ideal person can move easily between excellent customer service, administrative work and hands-on patient care.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet patients and create an exceptional first impression
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Communicate with new patient leads and follow up with prospective patients
• Explain our chiropractic, spinal decompression, laser and InvisaRED weight-loss programs
• Help patients understand treatment programs, services and payment options
• Assist patients with spinal decompression, laser therapy and InvisaRED treatments
• Assist with chiropractic patient flow and therapies
• Verify insurance benefits and assist with insurance billing
• Collect payments and maintain accurate patient accounts
• Maintain scheduling, patient records and computer data
• Keep treatment areas organized and ready for patients
• Help the doctor and team keep the office running smoothly

Experience in a chiropractic, medical, dental, physical therapy, med-spa, weight-loss or wellness office is helpful, but we are willing to train an exceptional person with the right personality, work ethic and skills.

Experience with medical insurance and billing is a strong plus.

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but is not required.

This is a full-time, in-office position in Tulsa.

Anticipated start date: October 15, 2026. We are willing to be flexible on the exact start date for an exceptional candidate.
