Qualifications Proven experience in designing or developing applications with business users and developers in small to midsize organizations. Strong ability to analyze business processes and prescribe functional solutions. Proficient in reading and writing SQL. Comfortable interacting with both internal teams and, optionally, external clients. Experience in end‑to‑end project automation and software development life cycle (SLC). Ability to document solutions at appropriate levels and propose user‑centric solutions. Versatile and ready to adapt by wearing multiple hats as needed. Experience in financial services or equipment leasing is a plus, but not mandatory.
