Full-Time Chef – Residential Treatment Center

The Phoenix Recovery Center is seeking a full-time Chef to join our residential inpatient team. This role is vital in supporting our mission by providing healthy, nourishing meals that contribute to our residents’ overall well-being. Our ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and passionate about creating a clean, safe, and welcoming kitchen environment.

• Plan, prep, cook, and serve nutritious meals for our residential clients.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and health-department-compliant kitchen at all times.
• Shop for food and supplies while working within an established budget .
• Ensure dish-ware, equipment, and food-prep areas remain orderly and hygienic.
• Arrive on time and participate in all required meetings, trainings, and activities.
• Understand and uphold PRC policies and maintain appropriate boundaries with residents and staff.

• Experience preparing and cooking meals for groups.
• Valid Food Handler’s Permit (or ability to obtain one upon hire).
• Valid driver’s license .
• Ability to pass a DHHS background screening through the State of Utah.
• Strong time management, organization, and communication skills.
