Talent Pool

Built on Principle :We strive to create and cultivate an environment where talented, purpose-driven individuals can do the most meaningful and impactful work of their careers. Our values define how we operate, guide how we grow, and reflect who we aspire to be.

1. Start From Zero

First-Principles Thinking: We deconstruct problems into their fundamental building blocks and rebuild from first principles. We question assumptions, challenge consensus, and take truth over tradition.

2. The Best Idea Wins

Merit-Based Decision-Making: Ideas prevail on strength, not source. We champion intellectual rigor, clarity of thought, and objective insight, regardless of rank, title, or tenure.

3. All or Nothing

Ownership Mindset: We bet on ourselves, sacrificing short-term comfort for long-term upside. We give it our all, own every outcome, and bring relentless grit to every step of the journey.

4. No Room for Ego

Accountability Culture: We embrace hard truths that force us to grow. We hold ourselves and each other to the highest standards, own our actions, and treat progress as a shared duty.
