Quality Control Associate
Dayton, NJ
Shifts Available
1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:15 AM - 3:00 PM ($18.13-$18.67/hr)
2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:15 PM - 12:00 AM ($18.63-$19.45/hr)
Responsibilities
- Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements.
- Document and report quality issues.
- Maintain quality records and reports.
- Support corrective actions, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Train and assist production teams on quality standards.
- Follow GMP, safety, and company procedures.
Qualifications
- Quality Control experience in a manufacturing environment required.
- Leadership experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Intermediate English required; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
