Senior REIT Controller—GAAP & External Reporting Lead

Forum Investment Group in Denver, CO seeks an experienced accounting leader to oversee corporate financial reporting for a non-traded REIT. You will manage external reporting, quarterly bank/investor submissions, and the annual audit, ensuring GAAP compliance and accurate consolidation and minority interests.
