Key Responsibilities of the RN - Orthopedics - Travel

• Provide postoperative surgical care and general medical-surgical care
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
• Utilize CPAP and heated high flow equipment as needed
• Participate in floating assignments to similar med-surg floors as required
• Maintain comprehensive documentation using EPIC charting system

Requirements of the RN - Orthopedics - Travel

• Active IL license or confirmation that application process has been initiated
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• 1-2 years of clinical experience in postoperative surgical and general med surg care
• Understanding of being part of a Drug-Free Campus, including successfully passing a drug screen for all panels
