This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants exposure to sophisticated matters, meaningful client interaction, and a broad range of litigation and counseling work while working in a supportive and collaborative environment. The attorney will primarily support the firm's employment and business law team and will work on matters involving:Employment defense litigationRestrictive covenant and non-compete litigationBusiness and commercial litigationEmployment counselingBusiness counselingRelated transactional mattersBecause of the firm's collaborative approach, the associate will also have opportunities to interact with attorneys across other practice areas, including government contracts, intellectual property, and corporate law. The role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated matters while developing strong legal research, writing, litigation, and client-management skills.
