Sorter / Quality Inspector

Pay: $22.00/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sorter to inspect and sort wine capsules in a production environment. This role is responsible for performing visual quality checks to identify defects, verify color accuracy, and ensure products meet established quality standards before packaging and shipment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect wine capsules for defects, discoloration, scratches, dents, and other quality issues.
• Sort products according to quality specifications and production requirements.
• Verify color consistency and appearance against quality standards.
• Remove defective or non-conforming products from production batches.
• Maintain accurate counts and documentation as required.
• Follow quality control procedures and work instructions.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Work closely with production and quality teams to meet daily output goals.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and ability to identify minor visual defects.
• Previous quality inspection, sorting, assembly, or production experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a repetitive manufacturing environment.
• Strong reliability and attendance record.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand movements.
• Basic communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of AMERICAN CANYON, CA.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
