Key Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of professional experience with a high school diploma or GED, or 3 years with an associate degree. Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical systems and processes. Experience with process control and PLC systems (Siemens/Allen Bradley preferred). Knowledge of NEC and electrical distribution. Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and through digital platforms. Familiarity with industrial safety programs and compliance. Ability to adapt to fluctuating temperatures on the production floor.
