The Production Shift Supervisor provides leadership and management to the department on company’s core policies, manages and coordinates to meet and facilitate safety, production, sustainability, and quality standards. Manages all aspect of employees' life cycle from hiring to succession planning, including performance management and coaching.Why work at MCC:1st Shift Mon-Fri with additional hours on weekends or evenings as neededGenerous benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance and 401(k)Paid Holidays: New Years, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, plus two floating holidays Responsibilities:Full responsibility for Managing team with coaching, guidance and development through succession planning and performance management.Interviews, internal and external candidates for open rolesSupervises the departments to ensure effective and efficient.operation of equipment and availability of necessary resources.Oversees and trains associates on all departmental procedures, quality procedures and all related work instructions, safety training and company policies.Manages personnel issues.Manages time collection functions.
