Heartland Human Services, a local leader in behavioral healthcare services, is seeking full-time and part-time Behavioral Health Technicians to join our team. These multi-faceted positions provide independent living services to consumers within a residential setting. The successful candidates will provide life lesson coaching in a non-restrictive environment. Necessary skill set includes solving conflict, maintaining confidentiality, communicating in a positive manner, demonstrating ability to make timely decisions, and using time efficiently. Second shift positions are available. High school diploma / GED required. Position starts at $14.25per hour.
