A respected and growing orthopedic & sports medicine institute in Kissimmee, Florida is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon to join its expanding surgical team.

Schedule & Work Model

• Full-Time Position

• Structured clinic + surgical schedule

• Hospital-based trauma coverage

• Shared call rotation (as applicable)

️ Clinical Responsibilities

• Manage acute orthopedic trauma cases

• Perform complex fracture fixation & trauma surgeries

• Provide inpatient and outpatient follow-up care

• Collaborate with ED physicians, hospitalists, and rehab teams

• Participate in call coverage as required

• Maintain high-quality documentation and compliance standards

Subspecialty interests and additional orthopedic focus areas are welcome.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery

• Fellowship-trained in Orthopedic Trauma (preferred)

• Active or eligible Florida medical license

• Strong surgical skillset with trauma expertise

• Team-oriented with excellent clinical judgment
