Location: Kissimmee Setting: Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Institute Compensation: Highly Competitive Open to Discussion Position Overview

A respected and growing orthopedic & sports medicine institute in Kissimmee, Florida is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon to join its expanding surgical team.

This is a high-impact opportunity for a trauma-trained surgeon looking to build strong case volume in a thriving Florida market with excellent referral support and long-term growth potential.

Schedule & Work Model

  • Full-Time Position

  • Structured clinic + surgical schedule

  • Hospital-based trauma coverage

  • Shared call rotation (as applicable)

Practice Environment

  • Established orthopedic & sports medicine practice

️ Clinical Responsibilities

  • Manage acute orthopedic trauma cases

  • Perform complex fracture fixation & trauma surgeries

  • Provide inpatient and outpatient follow-up care

  • Collaborate with ED physicians, hospitalists, and rehab teams

  • Participate in call coverage as required

  • Maintain high-quality documentation and compliance standards

Subspecialty interests and additional orthopedic focus areas are welcome.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery

  • Fellowship-trained in Orthopedic Trauma (preferred)

  • Active or eligible Florida medical license

  • Strong surgical skillset with trauma expertise

  • Team-oriented with excellent clinical judgment
