South Carolina 1700 WADE HAMPTON BLVD Greenville, SC 296140001, USA South Carolina 1700 WADE HAMPTON BLVD Greenville, SC 296140001, USA SUMMARY: Assist Culinary Arts Faculty and Lab Supervisors by daily maintenance, cleaning, and sanitation of the Culinary Arts Lab. Additional responsibilities include food preparation and production. Opportunities for helping with dining events may be available. Black closed-toe, slip- resistant shoes required. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Completing daily checklists issued by Chef Instructor Scaling, preparing and occasional cooking of food items Managing food in dry storage and refrigerators Comprehensive floor and equipment cleaning and sanitizing. Available shifts M-F 5:30 pm to 10 pm. Additional shift opportunities for events (not required). REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Basic math and computer skills. Ability to stand/work physically for long periods of time (events). Average shifts are 3 to 5 hours long On-the-job training provided. Interview with Chef Instructor required.
