protect quality as we scale.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead daily jobsite operations
- Enforce safety, cleanliness, and workmanship standards
- Direct crews and temporary labor
- Stop work when standards or safety are at risk
- Coordinate with ownership on scope and execution
- Maintain professional client-facing conduct
- Strong residential construction background
- Leadership experience on jobsites
- Zero tolerance for unsafe or sloppy work
- Calm, professional demeanor
- Comfortable enforcing standards, even when unpopular
What This Is Not:
- Not a “get it done however” environment
- Not a sales role
- Not a shortcut-friendly company
Employment Details:
- Full-time W-2
- 90-day probationary period
- Clear standards and authority
