Job Type: Temp-to-hire

Job Summary: The Press Operator supports production by operating molding equipment, monitoring product quality, troubleshooting minor machine issues, and helping ensure production runs smoothly and efficiently throughout the shift.

Job Duties:

• Operate molding machines to make plastic parts following simple instructions and safety guidelines
• Inspect parts for quality and remove any with defects
• Package, label, and count finished parts for shipment or storage
• Keep the work area clean and organized throughout the shift
• Follow directions from the lead or supervisor to ensure smooth production

Pay: $22.00/hour

Schedule: Sunday – Thursday | 10:30pm – 7:00am 

Requirements:

• Mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting experience
• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred
• Ability to read and follow setup instructions, schematics, or blueprints
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with operators and supervisors
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk on concrete floors for 8+ hours
