Responsibilities Implement care plans and communicate any findings or changes back to the Physical Therapist and physician. Educate patients and their families in basic home safety and medical equipment safety. Required Certifications and Licensures Associate's degree from an accredited school of Physical Therapy. Valid license, registration, or permit to practice in the state of agency operation. Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role.
