Aircraft Mechanic | Contract | Malta A fantastic opportunity is now available to join our trusted client in Malta. We are currently recruiting an experienced Aircraft Mechanic with hands‑on expertise on Airbus A350 aircraft to support base maintenance operations. Position Details Position: Aircraft Mechanic Aircraft Experience: Airbus A350 Employment Type: Contract (Base Maintenance) Location: Malta Start Date: October 2026 End Date: May 2027 Rates: Competitive hourly rate Shift Pattern: 5 days on / 2 days off (average 60 hours per week) Accommodation: Provided or per diem option available Flights: Provided at the start and end of the assignment Main Responsibilities Carry out mechanical maintenance, inspections, and modifications Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems on A350 aircraft Support scheduled base maintenance tasks under the supervision of certifying staff Ensure high standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance Accurately complete all required maintenance records and documentation Requirements Recent hands‑on experience as an Aircraft Mechanic on A350 aircraft Valid: SMS including Human Factors, Fuel Tank Safety – Level 2 (FTS L2), EWIS (Modules 1 & 2) Initial: Human Factors, Fuel Tank Safety – Level 2 (FTS L2), EWIS (Modules 1 & 2) Minimum of 1 year's proven experience on A350 in the last 3 years Right to work in Europe About Aeropeople Aeropeople provides tailored recruitment and engineering services across the aviation, aerospace, defence, and motorsport sectors.
