Desktop Support Specialist

DescriptionSeeking an experienced IT support professional to provide hands-on and remote technical support in a corporate environment. This role will assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting Windows and Mac devices, and participating in device and technology projects.Requirements:3-5 years of desktop support or technical support experienceExperience supporting Windows and Mac environmentsHands-on experience with device deployments and migrationsStrong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skillsExperience with Microsoft 365 preferredThis is an onsite opportunity supporting end users in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be comfortable handling multiple priorities while delivering excellent customer support.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Chicago, IL.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
