We will count on you to act as the primary escalation point and provides leadership in process execution, discrepancy resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives. Along the way, you will get to:Assign and prioritize daily IC workload (cycle counts, adjustments, serial validation, audits)Provide real-time support and direction to Inventory SpecialistsEnsure coverage for critical reports (e.g., ADJ, compliance tracking)Monitor productivity and ensure alignment with operational expectationsBe AmbITious: This opportunity is not just about what you do today but also about where you can go tomorrow.
