Northbrook Behavioral Health Hospital is seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Manager to help lead our nursing team in a dynamic Behavioral Health Hospital setting. The Nurse Manager will oversee daily clinical operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and support staff development within a multidisciplinary environment. This role requires strong leadership, clinical expertise in behavioral health, and a commitment to fostering a safe and therapeutic atmosphere for patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support nursing staff in delivering patient-centered care

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and administrative teams to coordinate care

• Monitor staffing levels, performance, and professional development

• Promote a culture of safety, empathy, and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• Current RN license (State of New Jersey)

• Previous behavioral health nursing experience, preferably inpatient care

• Prior leadership or management experience strongly preferred

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
